I was skeptic and curious when I signed up for the Hellinger family constellations session, but I knew that I had to find a solution for my problems and I will try everything that might help me to make a change. After the early death of my father I started to have very stong headaches that stayed with me for years. I burried my feelings deep down to be safe. I heard many times that I am cold, insensitive and feelingless. During the session I could release the tension that I kept inside me since I was a child, to thank what I did get and from now on to go on My Own Way…

I had claustrophobie since I was 16. We got stuck in an elevator with my friends and since then I always had problems with going into small places. When my son was born, we planned to fly to the US to visit the family but it was impossible to take the plane especially not for 10 hours… I thought I would never get over this and even though I was desperate I  gave it a try. It was hard work, but one month after our session we took the flight and I was the most surprised that my habitual fears were gone 🙂

I was suffering with chrome disease for about 1 year and lost 10 kg when I found the clinic to help me regain my health and weight. With Rita I started working on my past, discovering things that I thought I have forgotten and was surprised and shocked how I still recalled feelings from many many years ago. I still had them somewhere living inside me. I took seriously to do my tapping three times a day and slowly I could gain weight again.

I tried several diets in the last two years but nothing worked. I was never thin but in the last few years I gained a lot of weight and decided that I need to put an end to it. I asked Rita to help me I not only lost weight but my relationship with my family has changed in a positive way! I do not say it was easy, to face all my memories of my childhood that I was hoping to bury forever… but now I can say that it was worth it.

For me the experience that I lived in the family constellatios was the flow of the energies. Energies that make you move, they tell stories through me, awake feelings. I become a channel, I „run away”, „I chase”, „I smile”, „I fear”, „I love”… until I give my role back and arrive into myself again. My role becomes a mirror to my own life that shows what I have to do…

I was diagnosed with panic attacks and the worst thing was that I could not go out of our apartment without my wife. After one year of working together I went to visit my daughter in Italy and I could pass through the tunnel without fear!

It is almost impossible to describe with words what is to be in a family constellation, an incredible experience. I could compare it to people being magnets with opposite poles, some attract, some repel each other. We put these magnets into the Space, they start moving, attracting, repelling, tossing each other until they all find the place that is the most comfortable.

I was overwhelmed with questions and, doubts when I met Rita…
During our sessions, it became clear in what order I have to ask my questions and also why these questions have surged in my life. The intimate conversations gave me relief, awakening, answers and reassurance. All these are essential for my vision of the future. I recommend it to everyone.

For me family constellations was quite a surprise. I have heard about it but had no information of the process. It was shocking to see my story as an observer. I shocks you, brings you down and up, it brings light and gives you answers. I can thank you a lot – you as helpers in the constellation. It just put me back in balance. I have no idea how it works, but is does work!
