I was skeptic and curious when I signed up for the Hellinger family constellations session, but I knew that I had to find a solution for my problems and I will try everything that might help me to make a change. After the early death of my father I started to have very stong headaches that stayed with me for years. I burried my feelings deep down to be safe. I heard many times that I am cold, insensitive and feelingless.
